This version of Win7 RTM (Build 7600 released by MS on 6 August, 2009 on MSDN) has been specially modified to allow
"In-Place Upgrade" of Win7 RC.  No other modifications have been made.



To install, burn ISO to DVD.  Start Windows (Any version can be upgraded from, but this one also works with Win7 RC),
and run from inside.  For clean install, boot from DVD.  For win7 RC upgrade, just enter the DVD key you used at the
time, and it will work.
